A good and easy hike with lots of places to explore. Huge rock formations covered in moss are everywhere and there’s a decent overlook during the hike.

Really liked this hike. Went on Thanksgiving Day, so light crowds. Lots to see with the rock formations - the pictures I shared afterwards got lots of attention. Crazy that I used to live three miles up the road, and never hiked it until now!!

The Ledges it was a quick easy trail to hike/walk if you are pressed for time and want to see some very awe inspiring views. The Ledges is what's left from a stream bed from a loooong time ago and now is just these amazing rock formations and eastern hemlock trees. I thought it was super cool to be able to see such amazing scenery so quickly!

Great trail for most ages. A regular destination for local hiking groups. Easy connectors to two adjacent loop trails (Boston Run, Salt Run) make extending the hike easy. Great overlook of the Cuyahoga valley.

one of my favorite spots

Such a fun hike! It was a perfect hike for my 5 and 2.5 year old. Shorter hike to the large rock formations, exploration on and around the rocks, and hiked back through in between the rocks to get back up to the trail. Something for the kids to do/explore and so much fun for all! We didn't do the entire trail since we were more into the exploring part for the kids. It was our favorite hike this Fall!

Looks like something in a storybook! Pretty easy hike overall, just watch for rocks and roots waiting to turn your ankle.

Awesome trail!

Love it! It’s cooler on a hot summer day. Quite a few sandy places and higher elevation, so not as muddy if it has been raining.

Lots of people on the trail but all very courteous and left the trail as they found it. Great beginner trail to see how you do with inclines, etc.

Honestly this is one of my favorite trails. The scenery is stunning as you navigate along the top of the overlook and make your way down to the bottom. If it has rained recently or the season is appropriate there are small streams and brooks scattered throughout the more heavily wooded sections. The trail is fairly easy with most of the inclines stretched over several hundred feet, however being a bigger guy two things did present a challenge. The first is a fairly hearty set of stairs leading back to the trailhead and the second is some of the terrain is a bit rough. Lots of roots and rocks made it bit challenging. Lots of friendly faces and dogs!

This is a must see in Person. Picture don't do justice at all. flat for the most part ,until you walk between the ledges. Beautiful place to visit in the fall. You can also add Happy Days trail to this trail. My 3 and 8 year old LOVED THIS PARK. Caves were awesome.
