Checked out Deer Haven Park for an evening walk. Pleasantly surprised! Fairly extensive crushed limestone paths and a peaceful setting for birdwatching being in nature. Not too busy at all, but passed a few people. This would be a great place to run, especially being able to connect to the adjacent Havener Park loop as well. Pretty flat, there are a few rolling areas, but not much at all. There are maps located at various junctions in the trail so it's easy to find your way.
