Easy...mostly paved. Good view of lake at 2 points.

Nice easy trail with old roads at the beginning and end. Fun for the kids. Two spots to see the lake and a nice primitive camp site as well.

Beautiful trail with gorgeous views of the lake, big trees, and winding creek. The ground was frozen so no mud today but I could see it being somewhat muddy in spots during warmer weather. It made a very nice winter hike though! I will definitely be going back.

Both road/trails are now clear of blowdown. Very dog friendly. The trails themselves can get soggy and overgrown. Keep in mind we had record rain these last few months.

The paved road down is very cool, very open but lots of fallen trees. The trail itself was just awful. Overgrown, Thorn bushes everywhere, so many bugs even with bug spray on. We got maybe 1/4 of the way in to the river crossing and it was awful. Super muddy and sticky, deep slopes that guarantee you'll fall. We crossed the river and had two options: Super muddy and worn down trail, or extremely overgrown trail where you could barely tell there was a trail. Awful. The only thing about this trail that's worth seeing is the end of the pathed road that spits out at East Fork. Definitely miss this one.
