As a disclaimer we started at the end of this trail. This could be a five star trail at the beginning...but the end is overgrown and VERY buggy. We were constantly removing spider webs in our path, walking around downed trees and ticks were in abundance....plus it’s very difficult to find with limited parking. Positives: no one around, fairly shady and wooded, good elevation changes and overall nice workout. If the trail was a bit more traveled and had some work done on it, this would be a gem. But in the mean time I’d choose a more moderately traveled option...or just start at the beginning haha.
