This is a mountain bike trail that is divided into three sections by a fire road loop. Park in the little lot by the cabin and ride past the info board, past the gate, and up the fire road. In a minute or two you'll see the trailhead on the left. The course is flat and completely in the woods with a few creek crossings. Follow the trail as it crosses the fire road, it's well-marked. The challenge is that the trail winds between sets of trees so maneuverability is more important than fitness. The trail ends in a field across from the parking lot. This is where you bring people to teach them how to mountain bike.
