Very nice, peaceful trail. Took just under an hour to complete (with 2 kids and several short stops). A slight uphill section at the beginning. In the woods and shaded the entire time. Two spots with steep wooden stairs (down to view the cave area and then back up). Several wooden bridges crossing over a little stream. A nice boardwalk to view the small cave/ledges. Several sections with many tree roots, but I thought that added to the charm of this trail. My kids really liked it and we thought the last wooded section had an enchanted forest feel.

Very well kept gravel/dirt trail with several bridges and walkways. Neat low water waterfall and ledges/small cave.

Very peaceful trail that runs up to Ansel’s Cave and a few other rock formations. Dog friendly. Make sure to stop at the nature center for incredible bird viewing before/after the hike

A challenge in some areas (roots, mud, rocks, stairs) but great scenery (caves neat). Peaceful time out there.

I took lots of pictures because of the rocks, caves, and streams. Really nice area. Would be good for walking your dog, running, or picture taking.

The trail about a mile in was extremely muddy and rutty. Highly recommend not doing that area in the spring, fall or winter. Also you are not permitted on the rock areas.

Easy hike, pretty woods, but almost too clean. We are used to hiking where trees decompose along the trail, etc, this seemed very tidy and perfect, haha Nice hike, but felt a bit twilight zone through some parts.

Fun hike! Love the waterfall wish you could get closer but love they are trying to not ruin nature and keep the bats safe in the caves!

Nice enough hike through deciduous and some pine forest on the way to the ‘cave’ area. Slump rock cave was nice to look at. But, there are more impressive options in the area. Would be a nice trail for a run.

It's a nice walk in the woods but the scenery is very repetitive and the bugs don't help!
