Thrift Cove is fun...cool bridge and other man made things to see in the middle of the forest. Runs along a cool stream and has long treacherous climbs. Hidden and not alot of traffic here! Not far from Davidson River Campground. Great bike shop just before entering forest. They carry all the supplies and maps you'll need to explore the area. Dupont is a few miles down the road towards Hendersonville. Dupont is THE PLACE TO GO if you are considering this trail because they are so close together and Dupont has MUCH more to offer.
