Southwest Park Southern Trail is a 1.4 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Jamestown, North Carolina that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Southwest Trail is one segment of a larger trail network within Southwest Park in Guilford County, NC. It begins at the parking lot at the entrance of the park, and ends at the intersection with the Lake Trail. There are several trail combinations that can be used to form a loop. The trail is well marked with Maroon signs and trail markers. Most of the trail is dirt with a some loose rocks and roots crossing the path. The trail may be muddy during a wet period.
