The falls are at the base... it’s a trail to the top 43 flights of steps

Very nice trail. Well marked. This was our first hike this year, and it was difficult for that.

I hiked this Christmas Eve and enjoyed throughly enjoyed the trail. There wasn't too many people out, mostly had the trail to myself. The gate to the road is closed so you do have to walk the dirt road to the trailhead. I liked the added distance to it. It is a good moderate trailhead a little scrambling at the end with big rocks.

Seems to be a popular climbing area with a well worn trail. Fairly tough at the top. Probably won't do again but recommend if you like rock climbing.

Basic up and back moderate trail. Ends at a good rock face where novice rock climbing is taught. It becomes a little bit of a scramble at the top, but not too bad.

Great hike. Tough finish at the base of Looking Glass.

not much of a waterfall but could be nice after a good rain. I saw the falls then took off on the trail to bottom of looking glass rock which is a nice trail with a couple switchbacks.

Slightly boring trail for people who actually like to hike great distances. The waterfall can be seen from the parking area. Homeless man was showering under the falls when I went. Little waterfall, not much to see. But still pretty!

Trail head is located off of the gravel road named Forest Road 475 in Pisgah National Forest. The trail is very nice and brings you to the base of Looking Glass Rock where many ppl rock climb.
