Great trail for hiking and cycling. A huge advantage is that it is shady most of the way!

We like to bike from downtown to Salem Lake via the Greenway. A great way to spend the afternoon outdoors without having to drive to the mountains.

A nice greenway that runs for approximately five miles and connects to the western end of Salem Lake and its seven mile loop trail. Salem Creek Trail also passes near downtown Winston-Salem, NC.
