Rumbling Bald Loop Trail is a 1.3 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Gerton, North Carolina that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round.
Great forest trail.. End point is 1/2 mile by the road from trail head. Very well marked with silver disks nailed to trees above head level..
Great hike, but I went to the wrong location courtesy of this app. Not the right directions!!!
Very nice variety! A couple of nice waterfalls!!! Enough trails to choose how long you want your hike to be. Did 4.2 miles and it took 2 hours, but we stopped for a lunch and different pictures on the way. Altogether great spot to hike!
