A great trail that feels very secluded. Some smaller trails that can be taken as well. We were able to see a beaver on our first hike! Tons of fun. We will be back soon!

This trail is very good for a scape of the urban life without going to far. You get to experience some of wilderness, creeks, muddy water, etc. It has 3 main trails that are connected one to another. Some off trails paths but I didn’t experienced it. Love this area will definitely go back again.

-Lightly maintained but has a little cute river you can walk across. -It rained heavy the day prior so the route was mainly muddy. -Be careful for baby snakes on path and wild turtles! -For a beginner walker I felt it in my legs and butt at the end but nothing too bad. - Overall a beautiful mini hike for being in the city!

Irwin trail follows sewer easement. Too close to house developments. Picnic areas in poor condition. Many dogs unleashed on trail. All trails map does not match site maps. It’s one big loop no need to back track along sewer lines.

Nestled between housing developments and a busy road but you feel like you oare out in the wilderness. real easy hik with several options to loop together to make longer and see difere scenery. parts were flooded out and I wish there were more markings stating this and more mile markers. I would have liked more markers telling you wish path you were on to make sure you stayed on path. Otherwise excellent hike!!!

Always a nice place to get away from the city for a walk in the woods. Nothing difficult about any of these trails except for when they are muddy and slippery. The outermost loops are close enough to houses that you'll hear people and leaf blowers. We also nicknamed that loop "sewer line" because of the concrete structures all along the path.

Hidden gem of a trail. Decent scenery and nice walking in the forest. I’ve never had an issue parking. Rarely see other people on the trails.

This local trail is a hidden gem in our backyard. The parking area off Nevin is very small so you may have to get there early. When hiking these trails I had to brush off a lot of cobwebs and that tells me not many people hike these trails but they are beautiful and under three miles.

More cars in the parking lot than I’ve seen before but hardly saw anyone on the trails. Trail completely washed out in some spots with no prior warning. Had to be creative to cross the water or turn around and go another way. Otherwise quiet and peaceful walk on a nice day

Great walk in the woods. Easy to traverse for little ones. Plenty to see. Heavily wooded, lots of poison ivy— my suggestion is pants and some bug repellent. From parking and around the outermost loop is 2.5 miles.

The part where Irwin Creek trail and Covered Bridge trail connect does get confusing, it actually goes along a street for a little bit before cutting back into the woods. it's pretty hard to get lost though, and the trails are well worn. if it's been raining a lot then parts of Irwin may be flooded. We really enjoy coming here for the easy shaded walks and pretty views. There is also a large open area with picnic tables before the trails begin.
