Wow! What a beautiful well marked trail! We started at the Preserve and enjoyed a little fairy house trail on our way to Connect to the Mountain to Seas trail !

This was a really nice hike. The elevation change was medium but it was very pretty as it flowed around ridges and followed along streams. Definitely a nice place to go for a hike. There are a few houses along the hike, particularly early in the hike, but it still feels pretty secluded.

Nice views of the lake and gentle elevation changes. Trails well marked. A nice way to get outside during Covid.

Good. Moderate. Some elevation. Rootie.

Lovely views of the lake. Nice elevation changes. The surface of this trail is outstanding. There are lots of places to stop and play in streams or take in the view if you’re with a group who likes to putter. There’s a restroom at the Falls Lake visitor center if you need a pit stop.

Very nice trail near Falls Lake. We took a side detour to the Wilkerson nature preserve. The visitor center was about half way, it had nice facilities and a good view of the dam.

Very cool! Loops around part of Falls Lake and a cute little stream with a waterfall. Also attached to many other trails. A few houses can be seen but it doesn’t take away from the experience.

This was a fun, easy trail with some stuff to do along the way. Thankful to have had it while visiting to get dirt under our feet. Not sure of the moderate rating, but fun.

well maintained, not too hard at all, even with a baby on my back. I'll be back to explore the rest of the area!

Great trail! I went on a Sunday evening during a pretty hot day. The trail was well covered from the sun and nicely maintained. The trail itself is a moderate terrain and there are definitely roots and protrusions to be conscious of when walking. I passed about 5 groups of people but had significant privacy. There are some houses closeby to some segments of the trail which, slightly take away from the experience IMO. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Great Trail! Probably hiked it about 4 or 5 times. Very quiet and peaceful. A couple of years ago someone had many toy figurines along it. Dont know why someone would do that. Was not happy about that, but now they are gone.

For a little longer hike you can take this MST section from Falls Dam all the way to Raven Ridge Road and back. A nice medium distance through the woods past Annie Wilkerson Nature Preserve with glimpses of Falls Lake. Good workout with some ups and downs. Several places to walk down to the lake for a rest.

Great trail on a perfect day. The wildlife and birding following the water is fantastic. Took about 3.5-4 hours to complete, we packed lunch and stopped for a picnic en route. I took my parents along and they had no problem with the trail at all and said they will be back to do it again!

This is a very nice part of Falls lake. The trail has a few good spots for bank fishing if you are able to take your rod. I caught a couple white bass not too far from the trail entrance at Ravensridge road. I was not able to complete the trail all the way to Falls Dam but I will go again soon.
