Trail is okay, nothing special. Walked it counter clockwise and found the backside of the trail hard to follow. We came across a trail sign not on the map and took a guess which way to go. We went left. The trail is not blazed well in this area and with several spurs it was somewhat difficult to follow the main trail at times. However, once you get past this weird section of the trail it was easy to follow back to parking area. We encounter recent bear activity on the last leg of the trail near the grassy open fields so be aware of your surroundings!

I really like the the trail and it was really pretty to be on but if you aren’t use to walking on tree roots, rocks, and going up and down hills than that trail is not for you. Handicap and disabled people should not go on this trail if they have a hard time walking or in a wheel chair.
