Well maintained trail in the arboretum. My friends and I did a New Year’s Day bike and really enjoyed it. The trail would be shared in spring and summer. Several people with dogs on leashes.

Convenient hike on the grounds of the NC Arboretum. Nice quick close to town hike.

We did this hike and the Carolina trial. It’s a gorgeous place. We visited in Jan and it was perfect for us. No crowds.

Can’t comment on the quality of this trail BC it isn’t accessible until 8am. Just leaving this comment so any other early risers won’t endure the same frustration.
