Northeast Park Loop Trail is a 2 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Gibsonville, North Carolina that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I agree. It wore me out. But it was a nice trail. There was a lot to see even in mid-march.
Really nice trail. I agree with Silvia about the length and strength. It is moderate most of the way and a good 4 miles long.
This trail is neither 2 miles long, nor is it easy. There are 4 trails that make up the perimeter loop and one can be considered easy. The rest are moderate. And all 4 trails add up to over 4 miles. I hike this trail frequently because it's close to my house. It's very well maintained and runs along two different creeks.
