Start at Hardtimes Road, turn left at BCT (Bent Creek Trail), follow all the way to just before the parking lot near Arboretum entrance. Turn Right at HTR (Hard Times Road), follow trail past Owl Ridge, Shut-In, Rocky Cove and South Ridge until arriving at bridge just before Hard Times Spur/ BCT. Turn Right at Hard Times Spur/ BCT. Shortly after, turn left on Hardtimes Road toward parking lot starting point. Run route counter-clockwise to front-load elevation.
