Pretty nice in the woods. The fairy woods are decorated with many little fairy houses. Fully enjoyed it! No wet spot.

Dr. Annie Louise Wilkerson Nature Preserve (Adjacent Falls Lake) Park closes at 5:30pm (Gates Close) 2.3 Mi Loop. Combines three trail loops to form a perimeter around the lower ALW Nature Park. Yellow Blazes Throughout. Great beginner trail, or to use to test out new gear. Children frequent, especially around Epps and Pond trails.

Nice trail. A lot of it was in the full sun so I suggest morning or afternoon hike, would be lovely in the fall. No water in creek as we’ve had little rain. Hidden Rocks were cool . This like would be great for kids

I love this trail. ive seen turtles, deer, and birds. very scenic and offers a good work out. took kids the last time and they said it was a hard hike for them (she's 8 and 11). they loved the teepees and rocks they can climb.

First to Review

Relatively new preserve with a few loop trails, and connects to the Mountains to Sea trail. It has a natural play area for children and lots of enrichment and educational programs. I took my 6 year old and we took a pretty easy hike through the Epp forested trail, over some meadow and then to see turtles by the pond.
