Chestnut Oak Loop is a 2.4 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near New Hope, North Carolina that offers the chance to see wildlife. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for hiking, trail running, and birding. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I would not call it easy. It’s definitely a moderate hike. The last quarter of the trail is a steep incline. I loved it but my 13 year old was melting towards the end.
