We enjoyed this 2 mile trail more than we anticipated. Lots of shade in the woods, smaller trails going down to the water along the way, board walks, and bridges. There are a good number of tree roots but that just adds to the hiking experience. The back portion is still under construction but you can get around it.

Nice Trail. It just doesn't finish in a loop. Had to walk back from the DO NOT CROSS sign board, since the trail wasn't complète any further.

Great little 2 mile loop around Bond Lake, can be crowded. Partially paved, crosses about 20 bridges across incoming creeks and drainage ditches to the lake. Some sections have roots, but good for trail running if you watch your steps in the rough sections. Lots to do at Bond Park. Enjoy.
