This trail is very strenuous and I only completed the downhill route from Bluff Mtn down to Grassy Gap Fire road. The descent is steep and we almost were at a jog going down most of the way. It is brown blazed and blazes are sparse but you will find them. Trekking poles saved me on this trail. By the end of it my knees were very sore but once completed the aches and pains were gone. A fun trail but definitely not for a novice.
