Great stretch of the BRP including Blowing Rock, Moses Cone Memorial Park, Doughton Park, the Cascades at E.B. Jeffress, Jumpinoff Rock, also near Stone Mountain, Mount Jefferson State Park, Roaring Gap, Sparta and Boone. One of the best areas on the Blue Ridge to get out of your car and explore!

No matter how many times on the Parkway, it never gets old. Cumberland Knob, Doughton Park, Cascades Falls, Moses Cone Memorial Park and much more!

This is a wonderful high road. I have driven it all but it is more fun to spend time driving a section and stopping often.

Scenic Router from VA border to Blowing Rock NC. Take advantage of the overlooks along the way and hike some of the trails. The Jump Off Overlook is worth the trek up the hill. You will love the view.
