Blue Heron Trail is a 6.8 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Greensboro, North Carolina that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from April until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Easy and flat, but sharing the road with bikes is a necessity. Like most of the GSO watershed trails, it's quiet, calm and accessible.

Flat trail, easy. There are not as good of markings as seen in many of the other Watershed trails. There are NO mileage markers.
