It was fine, not a challenge just in a large circle. But if you go from the parking through the fence and follow the paved area to the cemetary. Then go to the right corner of the cemetery and follow that trail it takes you to the bridge, creek and visitor center which is cool. The workout concept is cool though!!

There were things i liked and things i didnt. I thought the exercise stations were pretty cool. But the trails had not clear markings as to which way to go.

Trails were not marked good at all, not a very good map, one of the bridges didn’t have handles. I did however think the workouts on the loop trail is a great idea. All in all not terrible.

The park includes a couple trails that for the most part follow a creek to a pond and marshy area with two boardwalks. It is a good in-town area for birding. You can walk/hike about five miles in all if you do everything. The park is also the site of the original 18th century Moravian settlement in North Carolina. There are several historical buildings and a community garden.
