This is a great hike! Started at 475 and headed up Art Loeb, following clockwise to Farlow Gap (didn't go all they way up to the Parkway) and the upper portion of Daniel Ridge. The first 6 miles are the most intense with great ascent and decent portions and some terrific views. The second half of the hike is more mellow but offers lots of water and beautiful landscape. Had to hit the road to get back to the car but the rest of the day made it sufferable.
