pleasant walk, flat, hard wood deciduous forest - little variation. blue trail closed spring and summer for nesting. imagine very muddy in spring. good for kids and benches throughout for those needing breaks or contemplation.
Nice trail that’s well marked. Not as muddy as I expected with yesterday’s rain. The leaf cover hides some rocks and tree roots.
It’s an easy trail with little roots or stones getting in the way. Leaf covered at this time of the year. I see others think this trail has a lot of roots and rocks... they are better at finding them than me
Watch your step. Lots of roots and rocks. Sunday morning, one other car in lot; did not cross paths with them. Saw one other couple on my way out. Nice, quick, quiet, invigorating walk.
A little buggy, a tree down on white trail. Not to bad other than that
This was a great secluded trail for my dog and i to roam. We had the entire trail to ourselves. There wasn’t too much to see, and one of the trails was closed, but it was just the perfect amount of scenery. The trail was very narrow at places, lots of tree roots, rocks, etc. i wouldn’t recommend bringing a stroller on this trail. It was a little buggy at certain places, and i had bug spray on, but overall it was a great trail!
I found this trail well cared for and whoever built it did a nice job, small bridges, benches, mowed and weed plastic laid and some rocks/mulch along trails. Unfortunately, the bugs!! I will explore more in the late fall. I did the white and yellow trail, skipped red and blue. Bugs usually don’t bother me even if I don’t wear bug spray. However, while standing in the small parking lot I was surprised by the bugs so I covered myself with bug spray which didn’t seem to help
Decent trail close to town. The last loop on the west side is apparently closed for the spring and summer which turns this into a 1.7 mile trail. Muddy at times but nothing that went over a pair of biking shoes. Surprisingly bug free!
