Started at Anthony Wayne in the southern end of the southern parking lot. We started on the Bike Trail and followed that to the intersection with the Ramapo-Dunderberg (Red dot on white) where we took a left. Followed R-D until it was joined by Suffern Bear Mountain (SBM - yellow). We split away left on SBM and followed that until it was joined by the Timp-Torne (TT - blue).  Following both TT and SBM we headed out to the West Mountain shelter...nice views! We back-tracked to intersection of TT and SBM and took SBM north. Followed SBM up and over the peak and down a very long descent with one real steep section. This crossed a stream which had some nice cascades. At the bottom of the descent we joined a woods road and followed that until it was joined by the A-T (white). Shortly thereafter, we took a left on Fawn (white with red F). Followed Fawn until it reached Beechy Bottom (aka bike trail) at Anthony Wayne. From their we followed that south and eased our way back to the parking area on the woods roads. There is some pretty good climbs in this hike - both up and down. as you can see by the 4747 ft vertical up/down.
