This trail is part of an intricate trail system beginning in Waverly Glen Park and extending extensively through Two Rivers State Park. There are many interconnecting trails to shorten or lengthen your journey. Because of this, it may be confusing, so be sure to follow the map here or the map at the park if you are choosing to take a different route.

Pretty basic trails. Not sure why they're rated as hard. Walked with my 10 year old son. Nice and winding.

Nice remote beautiful area but maybe the Worst trail system I’ve seen in New York State. Trail markings are every four feet which is nice if you’re into graffiti. Very hard to follow the directions of the four separate trails. Some one suggested the orange red trails for the longest route? I didn’t get that designation while on trail. Back tracked and left frustrated.
Also, shouldn’t be rated as hard, moderate at best. Would Be a nice trail run though.... bike tracks also a plenty in the ruts.
Sorry to be so negative nelly but I won’t return.
Decent views from the ponds though!! Nice waterfall feature from the parking lot.

A great winter hike. Download the map, trails are aplenty and a teeny bit confusing. Beautiful scenery. I shall return!

great trails. you should follow the red/orange trail if you want to do the entire 11.3 miles. it will cross the blue and green at times. this trail took me 3x to walk to finally figure out the full trail loop. But it was absolutely worth it.
You get into some deep woods and longer pants or good hiking boots are nice to have as there are some less worn paths and deep roots. But the trees give nice shade and the quiet of the forest is heavenly!

Challenging, tight, twisty trails. Plenty of ascents and descents littered with rocks, roots and stream crossings. Many variations can be created to tailor to most skill levels. This is true East Coast Mountain Biking!
