Beautiful sunny day but of course it’s slippery in spots. I had my ski poles for peace of mind
Flat but beautiful. Nice walk for a fall day with the pup!
The actual “Turning Point Park Trail” as shown on Alltrails is a flat, paved trail. There is a spot early on, though, and another right after the boardwalk ends (to the left) where you can enter some woodsy paths. I’d heard there was a waterfall somewhere, but we didn’t make it to that. You will be able to get up close to the railroad tracks from one of them, which was beautiful. My bad ankle/knees didn’t love all the flat paved walking, but I’d do it again for the boardwalk (stunning views and my dog LOVES boardwalks) and the wooded parts.
