A very nice park to walk. The loop has varied scenery. It is never boring. The path is very well maintained and paved all around. A pass is required during season. The park is very popular for family picnic and celebrations. The tennis courts are very good, convenient and free to use. There is a cute gazebo - a good picture spot. Swimming pools are open during the summer. A very good park for jogging. In the summer it is nice to lie on the grass and soak up the sun, or relax in the shade with a good book. Kid-friendly. Two big, convenient parking lots. A wonderfully quiet escape very close to the busy city.

This is a delightful easy walk in the middle of busy streets and parkways. Bring your dog on a leash or a baby in the carriage. Good walking park.

Everything you need. Nice bathroom. Many trails. A creepy staircase bridge. Multiple playgrounds.
Water park will probably be crowded in summer. But i enjoyed my time. No serious hiking. Just easy trail walking.

A good place to go with your family as this park has a waterpark, tennis courts, soccer fields, minigolf, plagrounds, and a paved loop for walking or biking. Parking does require fee and perhaps a Westchester County Parks Pass. The park is alongside and connects to the South County Trailway, so you can easily extend your walk or bike ride to Van Cortland Park in the Bronx and northwards to Elmsford.
