Park in the Whiteface Mountain overflow lot. Start with the trails marked as easy, then attack the most difficult trail there.  So many rock gardens and roots! The Flume trail dedicated to a 1/2 mile of rock gardens is extremely challenging, and best will suspension.  Trail 19 back to the overflow lot is marked as most difficult - on this route you instead use trail 20.

Good trails for many levels of rider. Trail markers aren’t great so maybe snap a pic of trail map for reference. Rock garden is full of rocks and then some!

There are a number of trail options here. We did the bluff to upper connector to lower connector and then back along the river. It helped that we snapped a picture of the map, as there are many intersections. The trails were in excellent condition with just a stretch of trail underwater near the end. Use bug spray and bring along some water and you will be fine. We had our dog with us, and he found plenty of moving water to cool off...though I don't know if it will all be there as the summer goes on. A great way to start the day and then still have plenty of time to do something else.

Excellent mountain biking trail, connects to Marble Mountain Trail (yes trail map is missing portions), and the Poormans Downhill (also missing, use Trailforks for more details).
