This is the shortest of three trails on the Preserve. It is a brief connecting trail to Taxter Ridge Blue Trail. It ascends quickly. There are ample deer and birdlife. This trail offers the best parking, a newly built spacious lot. Because parking is so limited at the other two trailheads (Blue & Orange), hikers may wish to begin their adventure here.

A short connecting trail, but definitely the best parking for the Preserve (see my trail description above). You may want to start here.
