Very scenic trail that follows a ravine through a shaded forest. It’s about 6-7 miles in the forest and maybe a mile on the road. If you stay on the narrow foot path with small diamonds marked “Sprague Brook Trail” you won’t get lost.

We had a great time. Kids loved the creek as well. We’ll certainly be back

Some areas are poorly marked. Loved the hike.

Great well marked trail. A couple of reviews noted significant portions are on the road, but I would say being on the road was very limited. Great scenery, different trees and opportunities to visit the creeks. Our dog really loved cooking off in the water. A lot of small out and back portions mainly to avoid the elevations. A few little inclines and declines but nothing too strenuous. Very little muddy areas mainly by the creeks.

Easy trail, pretty flat, easy to follow. The sections through the woods are pleasant and pretty. Unfortunately, a fairly significant chunk (about a quarter) of this loop is on the road.

Awesome trail! Solo hiked with pup - Very few huge inclines, 2 water crossing for pupper & people breaks about half way through, lot's of changing forestry, covered, & no mud today. Begining was a little tricky - make sure to look for your turns. Follow the green diamond "Sprague Brook Trial" markers - they're all either metal or plastic. Overall a gorgeous day.

First time here. Hike was great, tons of scenery and great views! I would highly recommend it. Little muddy in spots but not bad considering the recent rain. Just beware water level is a little high halfway through the hike where you have to cross the creek. From what I saw the water was too high to jump from rock to rock but just down from the path there is a downed tree that you can use as a bridge to avoid getting wet feet!

very enjoyable walk, for some trails there are lots of roots in places, so watch your ankles. great for mountain biking, too. there's also an established trail that is wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful park with lots of trails that connect. However could be better marked, was a bit confusing at times. That aside I would definitely come back here. Kid friendly and dogs in leashes.

Very nice trail once you find where you want to start ( either snowmobile trail or cross country ski trail ) Trail is marked every 1/2 mile and there are a couple kiosks to show where you are on the trail.

Well packed down trails so easy to follow trails. A bit slippery in spots but nothing unsafe. The blazes were a bit too far apart for easy navigation.

Really beautiful park, we found the blazing and signage to be very confusing but enjoyed the terrain and hike. There is service in the park, so we were able to use Goggle Maps to navigate somewhat. Completed the trail for the #WNYWinterChallenge.

Great trail to run, but be cautious during wet conditions, because it gets very slick. The trail is easy to follow, except when you get to a sign that says Accidental. Get your bearings there, because it's easy to get lost and keep endlessly looping in that area. Also, bear in mind, there's a stream to cross, so you're going to get a little wet.

This was a fantastic find. Easy woods hike with fully shaded and well maintained trails. Also, ones that are over 8 miles and loop are rare to find! Will definitely be returning.
