An easy yet very rewarding hike with views of Lake Champlain, the Champlain Valley & the Green Mountains of Vermont. This trail is maintained by Champlain Area Trails (CATS).

This was a very rewarding little hike. A steady but gentle climb to a very lovely view. Well maintained trail. Trailhead wasn't exactly where Google Maps took us based on the "Directions" link above, but it's nearby.

great view of the lake if the cloud cover isn't too low when you hike.

My Golden and I loved this trail and the view. We didn’t see any other hikers on a Friday afternoon.

Super easy trail that follows an old logging road. The overlook has a great view of the valley. It would certainly be a pleasant picnic spot.
