Pretty flat. Nice river views.

This is a great trail overall. It is a Rather extensive network of trails allowing you to extend or shorten the hike. There were a number of runners on the trails along with a couple of deer, but the trails were fairly wide. It makes for a nice hike through the woods.

Excellent trail. We saw a decent number of runners and one group of horseback riders. The All Trail app is a life saver which kept us on track, as the trail could become confusing, I highly recommend downloading the map which provides a live GPS of you location even without cell service. The last mile was tough as we were exhausted and completed around high noon sun. According to my garmin watch the trail is closer to 9 miles , but thats measuring from where I park (at the side of the road) .

This was an easy walk in the woods and it is very popular with runners. If you are up for a long walk that is not to strenuous this is a good one. The trail is wide and even. It is a pretty walk.
