Paumanok Path: Rocky Point to Manorville is a 17.5 mile lightly trafficked point-to-point trail located near Miller Place, New York that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. 4 stars for Long Island. It’s a nice trek with a few small climbs and part of an overall 125 mile Paumanok Path Trail.

I took the red Marked Greenbelt trail. You can take (maybe should take) the marked white blazes from the Rocky Point 25A parking lot as that I think is the actual path. You can do an 8ish mike loop returning to the parking lot (red intersects with white at about 4 miles) or continue on straight
