The Midwood Trail is a great place for a trail run or peaceful walk. It is easily accessibly by car or train and is a quieter trail than some of the others in Prospect Park. There is a waterfall, and some of the tallest trees in NYC. You will feel far away from it all.

A little bit muddy and one spot was closed cause trees were down and water covered the trail. Just went a few hundred feet around. Otherwise not bad and well thought out and maintained. Kudos to parks department.

It's all pretty nice. Still some fall colors out Thanksgiving week. So many trails going every which way

I love running with the dogs here, it’s the closest to being in the woods you can get in Brooklyn!
