Nice, calm trail. On the north side of the park runs a small stream. There’s a stretch of the path from the northern point to the East point (soccer fields) filled w. a bunch of mosquitoes. 2 instances of dog poop on the trail, remember to scoop it. Other than that, very enjoyable.

This was a very easy trail. It did not have any incline and was perfect for a stroll. We were stopped by the park ranger for climbing the water fall. But If you can, it’s a perfect picture

This trail is easy for kids. Closely look at the trail map given by the AllTrails... the waterfall is in the northwest. The waterfall is small but beautiful. Most of the trail has shade. A couple of stairs make it NOT stroller friendly. As shown in the AllTrails, there is a small parking lot (< 10 cars) at the north that is way much closer the waterfalls than the main parking lot of the park. Trails are buggy. Few parts may be muddy after heavy rain but shouldn't be too bad. Deer are around. No Canada Geese in the park... so the grass is clean (no geese poop... which is the No.1 pollution in many US parks & gardens).

I took my dog today and me and her were both exhausted at the end of the trail. it maybe 2.4 miles but its definitely enough of a walk to tire you hot esp in the heat. plenty of parking and plenty of people walking around. very clean. multiple color trails. I followed the white trail around the loop. the waterfall is very nice

Great for young family - it's more of a stroll than a hike, but the waterfall at the end was great and my kids really loved walking down the river

Nice local option. Would consider it more of a stroll rather than a “hike”.

Good family friendly trail. Both a gravel trail and packed dirt that intertwines through a fielded area and a wooded area with some creek side views and options to check out the water. Well marked, easy to follow, and well maintained. Note that homes and backyards are visible at different parts of the trail. Tends to get extra muddy after rain.

I would recommend this trail to someone who is looking for a pretty flat walk/hike. There’s a lot of shade and a little buggy but nice. A good portion of the trail is behind people’s backyards though so not as many views.

This one doesn't give you that escape into the woods feel. 1/3 of the trail you are behind someones backyard. The rest of the trail is pleasant and easy. Nice stream along side of the trail for a while.

this is a wonderful beginner hike with great ruins. the loop takes less than 45 minutes if you don't stop.

Easy hiking trail with a scenic waterfall and meadow. The trail is shaded with a well worn path that is mostly paved layered with gravel. You pass through a few residential areas, so it’s not as deep in the woods as a trail in a national park.

I gave it a 4 star because it was a great beginner trail. My girls (16/9) are at two different levels but we all had a good time out there. It does have fitness boards throughout but a lot of it was broken down and unusable so we made our own exercise stops along the way (otherwise it woulda been 5 star). For an “easy” trail we had fun together.

Fun and easy hike for the whole family. White trail was clearly marked, the purple trail markers were a little confusing but nothing major. 2 small waterfalls just off the white trail that the kids loved!

Our 4mo old cane corso had lots of fun. Great for training as it was not too harsh for his joints

My daughter and I decided to do a small hike with the dog... it was pleasant and very easy to use, since the trail is well kept... Our dog quickly made friends at the dog park, and dog owners were very nice. I would definitely do this walk again..
