Kakiat Trail is a 2.4 mile loop trail located near Sloatsburg, New York that features a lake and is only recommended for very experienced adventurers. The trail is primarily used for hiking and nature trips and is best used from March until December. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Love this park! been there many times, make sure to visit the waterfall, aprox 200 feet off the white trail to right about half way up.

I hiked the Mountain Trail, red blazes. It's a very steep rocky climb, about 35 mins to the top. Good workout. Nice views, with the NYC skyline in the distance. Careful going down as the small rocks on steep areas can be slippery. About 20 mins down.
