We parked at the Glen Doone parking lot and walked to the Escarpment Trail from there, taking the Indian Ladder Trail on our way out, then sticking to the Escarpment Trail on the way back (the Indian Ladder Trail is one-way going from south-east to north-west). The view is awesome and pretty much constant, and some portions of the trail (especially the Indian Ladder part) feel like you're fully in the woods/nature, but for large portion of this hike you are walking through or right next to the parking lots in the area, so it doesn't feel like true hiking.
There is a reason this trail is always crowded. One of the most beautiful and unique trails the area. Wear your masks but today wasn’t so crowded.
Nice fall hike near Albany to view some peak foliage on a Sunday afternoon.
This Trail is was really awesome and you can see birds, newts, chipmunks and it is the best experience that you can to go on for relaxation.
Quite a few people on trails- most wore masks when passing. Beautiful views!
Fairly busy but people did a great job wearing masks and social distancing. Easy but not boring and lots to see so a great hike for kids.
