No swimming allowed (patrolled by park rangers) and very limited parking. If parked in an undesignated spot, your car may be ticketed and/or towed.

Nice little walk about that brings you to a waterfall. Decent markings. It would be better in spring with snowmelt and faster water.

Terrible hike. First you have to wait for one of the few parking spots because the elitist locals don’t want you there. The trip is plastered with No Parking and No Swimming signs which makes you feel like you are in an amusement park. When you get to the falls after a 5 minute hike there is a park ranger posted to scold you if you come within breathing distance of the cherished water. What a joke.

The trail is actually in Garrison, New York. There are only 8 legal parking spaces for the trail, and cops will ticket if you park anywhere else on this dirt road because most of it is private property. It is part of the Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary. At the parking area, walk towards the red bridge you drove over to park there. From there you will start going down a short trail which will lead you to Indian Brook falls. In the wintertime snowy conditions can lead to this trail being very slippery so take proper caution. You can get pretty close to the falls, but if you want to get very close you have to start walking in water. I'd imagine in the summertime it's much easier that I did in February. Very beautiful as I was the only one on the trail in the hour I was there.
