If you’re looking for a quick walk/run with your dog or kids, this is a great trail. Starts out paved continues on a wide dirt trail. The trail has a few spots to take your dog to the water. Lots of rabbits and chipmunks, saw a few cardinals. people walking & running. No bugs, trail is mostly shaded a few areas are open.

This is a great trail family style or if you just want a relaxing walk with your dog! My dog loved it today. We will definitely be going back for afternoon walks. It’s a bit hot during mid day because there are some very sunny spots on the route.

Truly a hidden gem for this area of Saratoga and Washington Counties. Wide open easy to follow stroll through “the woods.” Trail comes complete with unique and original sculptures and well placed playground equipment. Natural beauty as well as man made. Picnic area, kayak launch, sensory walk and outside classroom as well as a short walk across an old car bridge w/ General Burgoyne significance (location). Great walk for all ages.

Beautiful trail with a lot of little mini-trails that veer off to little fun discoveries. My son and I had a blast. Perfect mix of sun and shade. Very clean and maintained. The little play area ay the beginning was fun as well.
