Easy. Maybe 3 inclines... a set of stairs... and just be mindful of roots... got lotsa tree roots - easy to trip and actually witnessed a runner fall trying to navigate over them. Other than that - I walked this on a Saturday morning at 930 and my girlfriend and I were alone on the trail except for an occasional runner... quiet

A very fun trail. I’m still very much a novice rider, so I’m not sure if I agree with the “easy” rating as there were some fairly challenging climbs dotted around the trail. Shouldn’t be a problem for someone with more experience though.

This is a nice easy hike. Beautiful wooded area. You see multiple springs along the trail as well. There are a couple spots that would be very muddy . It’s been a very dry summer and so we were able to maneuver around the mud.

Nice easy trail. A pretty bad thunderstorm hit a couple days ago so there were a trees down at various parts of the trail, but otherwise enjoyable. The springs were nice to walk by and let the dog refresh, and was a well marked trail.

A nice hike through the park. Not very scenic, but it does take you past the spring. Lots of variation to the trail. Saw rabbits, chipmunks and a water snake.

Great trail for my daily hikes before work during the week. Close to home & barely anyone around at 6am. Definitely not the place to go on weekends during the day. It gets really crowded & it becomes difficult to properly social distance.

FOR A PARK ITS A NICE TRAIL. POPULAR AND SINCE IT'S IN SARATOGA SOME PEOPLE ARE STUFFY, THEY THINK THEY OWN THE PLACE. WHEN DRIVING IN & OUT PEOPLE LIKE JUGGING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADS, WALKING ON THEM TELLING YOU TO SLOW DOWN. I WAS GOING 9 MPH. IF I HIT ANYBODY THE WOULD OF RAN ME OVER. LOL. BUT THE PARK IS HUGE AND YOU'LL COME ACROSS PEOPLE PLAY FRISBEE GOLF, JOGGING, SWIMMING, STROLLING, PICNICKING AND SO ON. I GOT THE FEELING THE TOWNS PEOPLE DON'T LIKE DOG'S. BIG ENOUGH FOR NOW IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE VIRUS YOU'LL HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE BUT NEXT MONTH OR SO IF THE QUARANTINE CONTINUES I EXPECT IT TO BE JAMMED. FOR THE MOST PART YOU WON'T BE WALKING IN WOODS BUT ON RUBBER, GRAVEL, DIRT PATHS AND NEAR ROADS. NICE TO VISIT DURING THE SLOWER PART OF THE SEASONS. I DON'T THINK I'LL BE BACK.

I run this trail a lot every year from April until November. I have been on it 3 times this month. I ran it last Thursday. The trail is cleared of debris and was not muddy. The trail gives the right amount of switch backs and flat areas for a good late afternoon run.

Used this as my running trail today! Hard to find the entrance from the Springs but once you’re on it it’s pretty well marked. Just over 5 miles and lots of hills/switchbacks that made my run very interesting!!! Muddy in parts, bathrooms closed due to COVID19. Very few people after 6 so easy to social distance.

My dog and I were enjoying the trail; we are pretty familiar with the park. However we weren’t sure if there is an official start for it and we lost it (maybe gave up on it) at the rte. 50 entrance to the park (where there is a small admission booth). The trail markers pointed toward the direction of a wetlands overlook (as per sign), but it didn’t look like the trail continued there. Because of that and due to bathrooms being closed due to the pandemic, we took the paved bike path back toward our car that was parked near the Hall of Springs- we encountered another detour when we found the gates over the bridge into SPAC closed due to construction. It was a gorgeous day to be out, though!
