BEWARE TICKS WITH LYME. Found 2 on sweatpants after run, avoided all grass (and had 3 layers up to neck on) but somehow still found one two days later on shoulder. Tested positive for Lyme yesterday.

Had a solid freestyle hike in between trails with the dog. Some steep hills and rocky terrain at times but overall pretty easy!
Should not be labeled moderate as this was easy (level 3). The trail is relatively flat, mostly carriage road type. The hill is more like a knoll, with a very gradual incline for a short stretch. Views are limited. We took an extra loop to extend the hike (Pocantico River Trail) which was also easy. Many joggers enjoying the easy trail..

Was a nice pleasant walk through nature and then Eagle hill. Was not strenuous at all. Second half is on a path. But definitely go check out the Glacier Rock! It’s a small offshoot from Nature Way. Really cool and adds some pizazz to this park!

Love this route. Great for running because it provides a good challenge
Do buttermilk hill instead
Hiked in March - fairly easy ascent up to Eagle Peak and nice wide trails, but had to dodge a few downed trees here and there. Once you get to the top you can see the Tappan Zee Bridge off in the distance. The real treat at Rockefeller is 13 Bridges trail, which you can reach at the base of Eagle Peak by taking the overpass across to the other side of the highway.
Nice view.

Fantastic! Wonderful for family. Stone covered paths but there are options for more challenging inclines. Great for those of all ages!!! Wonderful views, wildlife, birds, clearly marked trails. Wonderful!!! $6.00 daily parking. Busy on a weekend but not so crowded that it ruined the experience. Felt safe and wonderful day!
Pretty view.
Great for trail running, nice and secluded. But there's no bikes allowed in this park at all, so please be aware of that before hand and don't waste a trip. Otherwise the entire Rockafeller preserve is a great place.
