Hiked this Columbus Day weekend, very few people on the train. It’s moderate most of the way about 1/3 is hard due to steep rock scrambling. Dog did fine on the rocks and trail, did take her off leash for safety reasons us and her. Few places on trail are not marked well, blazes are sky/light blue. Def download or take the map with you and have water. Not for the faint of heart.

Beautiful day, able to get parking, water hole busy with folks swimming. Don’t know how since was so cold. Downstream came upon the nude sunbathing area. Short walk but pretty
