Challenging hike to complete. Progressively more difficult the deeper you get. Not a long hike distance wise, but periods of uphill scrambling on all 4’s, super slippery waterfalls and sliding down a steep hill on your bum going from tree to tree for support. The trail is not clearly marked on some parts leaving you to seemingly go off piste. Not appropriate for dogs.

Trail is not marked the best, would like to explore further next time, otherwise fairly easy and enjoyable:)

it was a very fun hike. the trail was a bit hard to follow due to the time of year. I don't think many people have hiked it recently. the view was amazing, yet I'm not sure how much you would be able to see in the summer.

nice views quite steep at certain points. this is one I would recommend not bringing walking sticks if you use them they just get in the way.

Started at the bottom. Hiked into the lowest waterfall then backtracked a bit and went up the right side of the gully. Steep climb. Some cool overlooks and you can't scale down to a waterfall towards the top. We didn't see anyone else on the trail.

It was nice we had a lunch at the end of the trail at a makeshift camp site it wasn't the best view. The waterfall trail is steep but worth it! It's off the main trail to the left of your coming from the trailhead.

Really nice. There are two different approaches, you can start from the bottom, in the gully and work your way up, or you can start at the top and work your way down. I did the second approach, it was nice. The gully is relatively flat and as a result is easy to walk through.

I drove 40 minutes to get here and the entrance in gated off, says it's hunting land.

A short but steep hike with a beautiful gully and great falls. You can scramble down the left side for a view from below and bushwack to the lower falls, to view from the crest of that one. Slippery and steep. Another great ice climbing area for the winter.

Walking along the ridge of the gully gives excellent views of West River. I parked just past the intersection of Sunnyside Rd and West Ave. Very steep hike along the ridge with quite an elevation gain.
