beautiful creek, 30 ft waterfall, close to home, easy hike Christman Sanctuary is a nature preserve that protects part of the Bozen Kill creek. Along the creek there are a series of small waterfalls and cascades. From the parking area, follow the trail through the field to the sign-in register just inside the forest. Continue left on the trail with blue markers which will take you down to the creek. After about 1/2 mile, if the creek is low enough, you can cross and follow the Plantation Trail. It is best to follow this loop trail (marked with orange) in a clockwise direction. The blue trail continues along the creek to a T-intersection. Go straight ahead and then down some steps. You will soon reach the base of the 30 foot waterfall. This is a nice picnic spot with a lean-to. To return, retrace your steps to the T-intersection. Take a left and follow the trail back to the register.

Nice little Meandering trail with a couple of waterfalls. If it weren't for the blood-thirsty, 100+ pound, hellhound that forced me out onto a ledge-because it's owner could not control it- I would have given it an additional star. Would definitely visit again in the early spring when the waterfalls are more prominent

A beautiful preserve with three different types of waterfalls. The trails are very easy to navigate even though the markers are incomplete.

Kid-friendly and easy to hike, be sure to keep your eye out for pants and wildlife. Crayfish are plentiful and you may even find Indian Pipes along the trail. On this 2 mile hike my 4-year old daughter and I explored a vibrant ecosystem with creeks, dense forests, wetlands, and lush meadows.

Nice trails. Hiked all. Orange trail was better marked than what people said. Great falls and wooded trails.

Had a nice leisurely hike here with the kids and grandparents. Some of the trail was a bit muddy, but nothing impassable.

There was a decent amount of water going over the falls, which is rewarding to see the falls (not dried out).

The kids especially enjoyed exploring and finding critters along the way (red efts, etc).

There is a very small gravel parking lot here, and we often see cars along the road. There is a kiosk at the parking lot trail head that has information about the trail.

This place has an ice series of waterfalls and the last one has a nice sized pool of water popular for swimming. I have been here a couple times and during dry seasons the falls dry up. The parking lot is small and as this is a popular spot you may find many cars parking on the side of the road.

Nice, short easy trail. Some nice falls, a good swimming hole here and there, but swimming not allowed. Good hike if you want to get in some nature, but don't have a lot of time.
