A truly beautiful state park! Cannot stress enough how perfect for a family day it is!Wonderful to see the falls surrounded by all the autumn foliage - got a little crowded as it was a weekend but so worth while!

Easy short hike with the bonus of the waterfall. Good place to pack a lunch and eat on a rock at the base of the falls.

Awesome trail with an amazing water fall as a reward! Chittenango Falls is 167ft high and is stunning. This trail can be slippery at times.

Beautiful area! The climbing down into the gorge was a little hard for our younger children, but the falls were gorgeous!

Gorgeous trail. Beautiful waterfall. Well worth the trip. Short trail so bringing a lunch for a picnic would make for a good day. Nice place to hang out in the outdoors. Waterfall alone is worth it

Beautiful waterfall. Especially with all the rain we got this year so far. The trail itself wasn’t all that great. Wear good shoes for the trail is not all that well maintained.

Short hike but nice falls. Also chip and meadow trails are connected to make for a longer hike.

Muddy, lovely view of the falls, but unfortunately a very short trail. I had to go on a second hike to feel like I did something. Lol great place for families, and great big picnic area with a playground for the kids.

Easy trails, a little unsteady footing in some areas as you go down to view the falls from below. Bring good shoes with decent traction. Beautifully kept park and picnic areas also.

This place is incredible in terms of visual aesthetic. It is so beautiful. The Falls itself had me in awe of the power it generated. My dog had the best time exploring all of the new scents and sights. I'd just suggest being careful on the steps, as they get slippery.

Short, easy and beautiful walk to the falls.

Well maintained trail. A little steep in spots if you have a young/older hiker. A quick walk with more than one great view of these impressive falls. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful waterfall. The hike is easy but there are steps. I did this hike years ago with my family when I wasn’t in as good shape and i did it easily. My young children 6/8 at the time did it with no problem. It is a definite must see. Bring your camera, you won’t be disappointed

I'm in my late 50's and not in awesome shape anymore...this trail was my first since breaking my ankle last year and a few days after throwing my back out : ( so it was challenging for me, but so worth the effort! Lots of wildflowers and a few birds and chipmunks along the way. The view at the bottom is spectacular!
