Cherry Tree Trail is one of about a dozen trails that comprise the Egypt Road Trails, maintained by the Black River Environmental Improvement Association.

For what it is, a leisurely stroll through the woods, Cherry Tree Trail gets the job done. Unlike nearby Pixley Falls, with its incredible waterfall views, this trail is much more rustic. Virtually no elevation gain. Only word of caution would be that the trail is really hard to follow in the fall, when leaves cover the trail and all of the barren trees look the same.
