There are a few geocaches along this trail, which was my main reason for coming to this area. The trail is well kept and the walk is quite relaxing, with the occasional deep gorge to walk along. Hunting is permitted at Carlton Hill, so I advise planning trips around hunting seasons or wearing vibrant clothing.
